Susan Murphy, President of Child / Elder Care Services of Wisconsin, Inc. started the company in1984 when she had difficulty locating child care for her young son. A single mother at the time, she found there was a desperate need for good child care.

Susan decided to start Child / Elder Care Services of Wisconsin, Inc. to help other people by offering a service where families could find quality child care and nannies could find great employment opportunities.

In the past few years Susan has started a new family and has two young children. Over the years she has employed a nanny to help care for her two small children and appreciates both the effort needed to find a quality nanny and to successfully work with a nanny.

With family members growing older, Susan recognized the need for quality elder care in the home. That resulted in an expansion of the business to now offer elder care services in addition to nanny services. With her many years of experience this has been a seamless expansion.

Regarded as an expert, Susan has been featured in several local newspaper articles and television interviews discussing the child care industry and current child care options.

Child / Elder Care Services of Wisconsin, Inc. is affiliated with the Human Resources Department of several large corporations and provides child care services for their management. Child / Elder Care Services of Wisconsin, Inc. is also an active member of the International Nanny Association (INA).
