We are one of the oldest placement agencies in the country! Based on our longevity in the industry, we have a large pool of qualified caregivers that come to us on a daily basis. We get dozens of referrals from caregivers we have successfully placed with families as well as calls from caregivers whose commitments are completed and are ready to begin with a new family.

Our live-in nannies come from all over the country, but because we are based in the Midwest we have a high concentration of applicants from this area. They are all English speaking legal residents. They range in ages from 18 to 75 years old. Many of our nannies have had past live-in experience and are career nannies. Elementary education majors who may want to take 1 to 2 years off before pursuing their careers as teachers also work with us. Our "come-and-go" nannies have backgrounds working in day care centers, nursing, and teaching. Moms (empty nesters) and granny nannies are available as well.

Personal Service

Child / Elder Care Services of Wisconsin, Inc. is a small agency that specializes in individual personalized attention. We are selective with both the caregivers and the families we work with. This enables us to offer more personalized service to both our clients and our caregivers. Initially, we have lengthy conversations with our perspective families to get to know their family dynamics and what their needs are so we can specifically introduce nanny applicants who will fit the qualifications they are seeking in a caregiver. Families may interview as many applicants as they feel necessary. We work with a very busy clientele and understand the reason they are selecting our service is because they are quite confident in our ability to satisfy their needs on a very professional basis. We are not in the business of just sending "warm bodies" to their home to be interviewed. Typically, a family will interview 1 to 3 applicants. Many times it is difficult to make a decision between 2 wonderful candidates. Some families even find their ideal caregiver on the first interview.

Guaranty Policy

We offer a 60 day guaranty period. If you are not satisfied within 60 days, we will replace the caregiver at no charge to the family. After 60 days, but less than 1 year, we will replace the caregiver for 50% of the original fee paid.
